interesting innovators

Hi bloggers this week we haave been doing kiwi innovaters for litreacy. First we read about a guy named len light how invented easiyo which is a type of yogurt that you make yourself. Then we had to make a logo on canva and make your own flavour. I did feijoa.

I like doing kiwi innovaters and learning about things new zealanders made.

Did you know the jet boat was made in new Zealand?

📚spelling📚

 Hello bloggers, This term we have started spelling class. My spelling group has started a booklet. It has nouns, verbs adjectives, adverbs, and Prepositions!  We have to look at a photo write what we see. Then we have to circle some words which are nouns or whatever one we are doing. after that we have to fill in the missing words whichever part of speech it is! Here it is:

Marvellous Maori Potatoes

Yesterday I made a slide on...Potatoes but not just any Potatoes, Maori Potatoes! These are the questions we had to answer: 1.Why do you think that Potatoes were a main vegetable in traditional Māori diet?         2.Are there any other root vegetables that you think may have been the same?                                            We also had to find a recipe with a potato.

 Hello bloggers, In my math class we have been learning about area! We had to make a slide about How to make a estimate or take a guess, How to calculate area and some other stuff. Pink shirt day 101

 Ki ora Bloggers, Today is pink shirt day! Which meant we got to where pink. Me and my friend Courtney along with lots of other people wore the Anti bullying shirt.
